Cliff joined Microsoft as a full-time employee in 2015 after nearly 10 years in various Active Directory support & administration roles for companies in the healthcare, travel, and banking industries.

After spending nearly 6 years in Microsoft Customer Service & Support troubleshooting & debugging AD as an escalation engineer, Cliff took a dream role as AD Technical Program Manager for Windows Servicing & Delivery, managing the overall vision & business goals for AD feature development and servicing.

Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife & their 3.5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog.
